Gabriel DiMilo is an LA-based, Brazilian-born writer-director and the creator of StoryPeer, a fast-growing platform for screenwriters that has surpassed 2,000 users in its first four months.
He began his career as a Development Assistant to the legendary Robert Evans (Chinatown) and went on to write and executive produce Dangerous Methods for Lifetime. He currently has a social thriller in development with Daniel Dae Kim's 3AD (The Good Doctor) and an AI-driven sci-fi drama with Chris Lemos's Vital Pictures (The War Below).
In summer 2026, he will direct his debut feature, Hear Me Pray, a found-footage horror about a teenage girl trying to protect her grieving mother as she descends into dangerous rituals to reconnect with her dead son, in the vein of Paranormal Activity and Hereditary.
A three-time Nicholl Fellowship quarterfinalist, Gabriel likes to explore the limits of the human mind through sci-fi stories that push the edges of perception, consciousness, and control.
